Milwaukee Alderman Nik Kovac invites residents to share concerns and hear from local officials at a Neighborhood Town Hall meeting the evening of Tuesday, October 2nd 2012.

Speakers include Alderman Kovac, Police Capt. Stephen Basting, Heidi Weed from the Department of Neighborhood Services and a representative from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The group is expected to discuss crime, disorder and safety issues facing Milwaukee’s entire East Side.

The event is being held in the auditorium at Riverside University High School, 1516 E.
