Mueller Communications Announces New Hires
Local PR firm expands team with addition of three associates
As associates, their responsibilities will include supporting the firm’s client teams by managing execution of client programs and strategies, drafting and editing communications materials, assisting with media relations, social and digital communications, event planning, and coordinating marketing and public affairs efforts.
Sorrina comes to Mueller Communications following a successful career in journalism where she worked in both reporter and editor capacities — including for daily and regional newspapers, business and trade publications, and for consumer lifestyle magazines. James obtained his advertising degree from Marquette in 2016 and previously interned with the Milwaukee Bucks, assisting with guest relations and hospitality. Mayra recently graduated from Georgetown University and held an internship at the Metro Washington Council AFL-CIO during her senior year.
“We are very excited to welcome Sorrina, James and Mayra to the team. All three will contribute to the growth of our media relations, social media and public affairs practices and share a love for our community,” said Mueller Communications’ President, Lori Richards. I look forward to helping guide their growth and success within our company. ”
