MPD seeks Shooting Suspect

Milwaukee Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspect wanted in a shooting that occurred on September 3, 2022, at approximately 6:58 a.m., on the 3400 block of W. Wells Street.

The suspect is described as an African American male, 25-30 years of age. He was wearing a green shirt and was armed with a handgun.

The suspect was in a dark gray 2-door Nissan Altima.

The victim was walking when the suspect approached in a vehicle and an occupant of the vehicle fired several shots, subsequently striking the victim. The suspect fled in the suspect vehicle.
