Milwaukee Recreation Hosts the 20th Annual Daddy/Daughter Dance
The event is scheduled for February 22, 2025 at the Baird Center
Milwaukee Recreation has partnered with the Milwaukee Fatherhood Coalition to host the 20th annual Daddy/Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00pm. In celebration of the event’s 20th year, the event will be held at the Baird Center (400 W. Wisconsin Ave). The night will include dancing, food, a photo booth, a live DJ, and more. Fathers and daughters of all ages are welcome to attend.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Daddy/Daughter Dance,” said Brian Litzsey, Senior Director – Milwaukee Recreation. “Beyond fathers, we warmly welcome grandfathers, uncles, and other father figures to join in and share this special evening with the young ladies in their lives. This event holds a special place in our hearts, and we look forward to creating a night filled with joy, laughter, and lasting memories for the Milwaukee community.”
The Daddy/Daughter Dance is limited to pre-registered guests only. The pre-registration deadline is Monday, February 17th or until space is filled.
Attendees can register for Dinner & Dance or Dance Only. The cost for the Dinner & Dance option is $30/adult, $10 for the first child, and $5 for each additional child. A dance only option is also available for $20/adult and $5 for each child (limit three children for every one adult for both options). Adult registration includes one (1) complimentary photo. Doors open at 5:00pm for pre-registered dinner/dance guests only. Dinner will be served from 5:15pm to 6:15pm. Doors open at 6:15pm for dance only guests.
