Milwaukee Police Seek Suspect in Early Morning Non-Fatal Shooting on Groeling Avenue
Milwaukee Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Monday, July 13th, 2026, at approximately 3:29 a.m., on the 1300 block of W. Groeling Avenue. The victim, a 23-year-old, was shot and transported to a hospital for medical treatment of non-fatal injuries. The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. It was suspected that the suspect was inside of a residence. Containment was established and a search warrant was executed. After the execution of the warrant, it was determined the suspect was not inside the residence. Milwaukee Police are seeking a known suspect.
