Milwaukee Police Arrest Suspect in Fatal Shooting Incident
Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that occurred on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at approximately 12:45 p.m., on the 3100 block of N. 40th St. During a fight, the suspect fired shots subsequently striking the victim. The 59-year-old victim suffered fatal gunshot injuries and was pronounced deceased despite life-saving measures. The suspect, a 49-year-old man, was arrested in the area. Criminal Charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
