MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Night Market, presented by Clover® from Fiserv, is back for the second time this summer on Wednesday, July 19. The free, outdoor event features over 100 local vendors, artists and performers, transforming the heart of downtown Milwaukee into an exciting fusion of the best the city has to offer. The Milwaukee Night Market is held on West Wisconsin Avenue between 2nd Street and Vel R. Phillips Avenue from 5 to 10 p.m.

“We are still buzzing from the energy Milwaukee brought to the Night Market in June,” said Stacie Callies, Executive Director of Westown Association. “We estimate nearly 40,000 people attended the event last month, creating a unique experience that you can’t replicate anywhere else. We can’t wait to do it again on July 19!”

“Powering the purpose and passion of small business owners like those at the Night Market is what Clover® from Fiserv is all about,” said Bob Hau, Chief Financial Officer, Fiserv. “That’s why we are proud to partner with Westown Association on this vibrant summer celebration of Milwaukee small businesses, the backbone of our community.”

Fiserv will proudly showcase its support of the Milwaukee Night Market at Clover Corner, located at Vel R. Phillips and Wisconsin Avenues, where they’ll have special guest appearances with the Milwaukee Bucks Hoop Troop and Bango, and live WISN Weather Watch 12 forecasts with Milwaukee Chief Meteorologist Mark Baden. While you’re there, play Clover Cornhole, snap pics on the 360 Clover Cam, and learn how Clover provides business management and flexible payment capabilities online, in store and outdoors.

A variety of local, diverse businesses will line W. Wisconsin Ave. to showcase their talents to the thousands of attendees. American Family Insurance returns for the third year, sponsoring vendor fees for five entrepreneurs at each of the four Markets by selecting an array of vendors that feature ethnic diversity and gender parity. These vendors are Beauty from the Root, BonBon Boba MKE, Brava Blooms & Bouquet Bar, Corazoncito Styles Boutique and Rhubarb & Ice. A full list of vendors and sponsor booths, along with a map of the footprint, can be found at mkenightmarket.com.

The TRUE Skool Entertainment Zone, located in the main intersection of the Market, will feature DJs and performances throughout the night including DJ Dynamc, DJ the Jenius, Capoeria Nago Milwaukee and more. The full entertainment lineup can be found at mkenightmarket.com/entertainment.

Thanks to Interstate Parking, those coming downtown for the Night Market are encouraged to take advantage of the $3 parking rate at The Avenue structure (entrances at 615 N. Plankinton Ave. and 228 W. Michigan St.). Please also consider using ride share services or public transit such as The Hop and MCTS to travel safely and responsibly.

W. Wisconsin Ave. will close at 10 a.m. for event set-up at 2nd St. and Vel R. Phillips Ave., along with mid-block closures on N. MLK Dr. between Wells St. and W. Wisconsin Ave. and 2nd St. north and south of W. Wisconsin Ave. Street will reopen after midnight.

Westown is proud to have the support from community partners including GRAEF, Gruber Law Offices, Miller Lite, 310W, Jameson Irish Whiskey, Joy Engine, The Avenue, 3rd St. Market Hall and We Energies Foundation. You can view highlights from the 2022 Night Market at mkenightmarket.com/media.
