“After last year’s incredible festival that welcomed back more of our international performers and attendees, we’re thrilled to celebrate Irish music, culture and heritage again this year with anyone who joins us from near or far,” said Mike Mitchell, Executive Director. “Every year we strive to book top tier performers and create immersive Irish experiences, all while remaining affordable. Not everyone will get a chance to go to Ireland, so it’s important to us that the world’s largest Irish music and cultural festival remains accessible for all to enjoy.”

This year Milwaukee Irish Fest updated their carry-in policies regarding cameras and bags, which are now in line with the Summerfest policies. Cameras with a detachable lens or lens that extends further than 3 inches, or video equipment, will not be allowed.

All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the Summerfest grounds. No backpacks at all or bags larger than 9x10x12 inches will be allowed on the grounds. All bags larger than 9x10x12 inches will need to be returned to a vehicle or home before entering the Park, while any prohibited items will be confiscated by security and will not be returned.
