Milwaukee Alderman Cavalier Johnson endorses David Crowley for Milwaukee County Executive
MILWAUKEE – City of Milwaukee Alderman Cavalier “Chevy” Johnson today announced his endorsement of Rep. David Crowley to be the next Milwaukee County Executive.
“I have known David for nearly twenty years and he has been a leader since day one. I’ve had a front row seat watching David serve this community and bring people together,” said Alderman Johnson. “‘Bridge Builder’ isn’t a campaign tagline; it’s David’s life’s work. I know that he’ll continue doing just that as our next Milwaukee County Executive.”
“Ald. Johnson is a true leader and fully embodies what it means to be a public servant,” said Rep. David Crowley. “We are lucky to have him working everyday to make our community stronger and I’m honored to have his support. By partnering with leaders like Chevy and his colleagues on the Common Council, we can tackle the challenging issues facing our community.”
Representative Crowley lives in Milwaukee with his wife, Ericka, and their three young children.
The non-partisan Primary election will be held on Tuesday, February 18. The General election will be on Tuesday, April 7. For more information about David Crowley and his campaign visit www.crowleyformke.com.
