MCSO is Seeking the Public’s Assistance in a Hit & Run Crash
Milwaukee, WI (September 11th, 2020) MCSO is seeking the whereabouts of Niclous D. Torres in connection with a hit and run crash that occurred on September 4th in the westbound lanes of I-94 near the Stadium Interchange. The vehicle has been recovered; however, Mr. Torres is still at large. He is described as African American, 5’ 8” tall, 155 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes.
