MCSO Arrest Man for OWI – 4th

The driver, Dorian Hudson, displayed obvious signs of impairment and was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) – 4th Offense, Operating After Revocation (OWI related) and Failing to Install an Ignition Interlock.

Milwaukee, WI – (August 8, 2019) On Wednesday, August 07, 2019, at 7:59 p.m., deputies were dispatched to northbound I-41 at the Hampton Ave. off-ramp, for a truck blocking the right turn lane.   Once deputies arrived on scene, they observed that the driver was passed out, while the vehicle was running.

The driver, Dorian Hudson, displayed obvious signs of impairment and was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) – 4th Offense, Operating After Revocation (OWI related) and Failing to Install an Ignition Interlock. Hudson was already on probation for Battery, and Threats to Judge/Prosecutor/Law Enforcement. A probation hold was placed on Hudson from the Department of Corrections. His prior OWI convictions were on 03/15/06, 09/10/13, and 01/05/15.

A search warrant was obtained for Hudson’s blood; he was taken to a local hospital where the sample was taken.

If convicted of this Class H felony, OWI-4th Offense, Hudson faces up to six years in prison.
