LCM Funds 33 Donges LLC purchased the 45,264 SF industrial building at 1230 W Bruce Street in Milwaukee, WI. Bob Flood and Brian Flood represented the Seller, Bruce Street Properties, LLC while Scott Revolinski represented the Buyer, respectively.

Gagnon, Inc. leased 10,200 SF at 2100 E Norse Avenue in Cudahy, WI from Integrated Enterprises, Inc.  Brett Deter and Brian Flood represented the Tenant on the transaction. (Internal Release Only)
