ALL OF WISCONSIN, 1/22/2015 – Online applications remain open for Wisconsin’s talented instrumentalists and singer/dancers ages 15-20 interested in an exciting performance and educational experience.
Auditions for the 2015 Troupe will be across the state at these locations
2/6 – UW-Eau Claire 3:30 – 6:00 PM
2/7 – Stevens Point H.S. 8:30 – 11:00 AM
2/7 – Monona Grove H.S. 2:00 – 6:00 PM
2/8 – Wisconsin Lutheran H.S. 9 AM – 5 PM

ABOUT KIDS
The Kids from Wisconsin is part of an entertainment tradition that goes back nearly 50 years to its beginnings as a musical production created for Wisconsin’s talented youth back in 1969 to be show cased at the Wisconsin State Fair. Some call them the “original GLEE”.
Performing live across Wisconsin and the Midwest, the Kids from Wisconsin present top of the line entertainment with some of Wisconsin’s most talented young performers. The show is produced in collaboration with some of the country’s best writers, arrangers, and choreographers. Costumes are designed and created in Broadway style, adding to the already exciting performance.
A broad repertoire of music includes the American classics, big band, 50’s thru the 80’s, country, Broadway and current top hits, filling a two hour, fully staged performance.
The Kids from Wisconsin, to this day, maintain a large presence at the Wisconsin State Fair with performances twice daily on a main stage.
Today, the pride and passion that fueled that early music lives on through a Kids from Wisconsin performance.
KIDS EXPERIENCE: The KIDS chosen for the troupe will have an intense 17 day training camp starting on June 7th, 2015. The chosen 33, learn the two hour Broadway style production.
