Smith will succeed Schiller in February of 2022. Schiller leaves to continue his work in the community, serving as owner and operator of Future Found LLC, providing leadership recruiting, coaching, and strategic consulting services to non-profit organizations and social enterprises.

“We would not be where we are today without Demetria’s influence, energy, and commitment to Milwaukee youth. She believes in our kids, she sees their greatness, and she will not be stopped on her mission to make sure they have access to the experiences and supportive people they deserve in their lives. I’m honored to be able to pass the torch to her.”  -Dan Schiller, out-going Executive Director.
