Jonathan Brostoff Endorses Chris Moews for Milwaukee County Sheriff
Jonathan Brostoff, candidate for Wisconsin State Assembly District 19, announced his endorsement today of Lieutenant Chris Moews for Milwaukee County Sheriff.
Milwaukee–Jonathan Brostoff, candidate for Wisconsin State Assembly District 19, announced his endorsement today of Lieutenant Chris Moews for Milwaukee County Sheriff.
“Lt. Chris Moews has proven his desire to serve and protect those throughout Milwaukee County. Chris exemplifies what is required of the Milwaukee County Sheriff. By focusing on public safety, and not politics, Chris will prove to be an effective and productive Milwaukee County Sheriff.” Brostoff said.
As a police officer for over 20 years, Chris has been a fantastic instructor and commands a major incident response team. Chris also serves on the board of the Wisconsin Association of Homicide Investigators and previously served on the board of the Milwaukee Police Association.
“New leadership in the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s office means someone who will take the time and care in approaching the challenges that face Milwaukee County. Lt. Moews will lead with dignity and help facilitate cooperation among all law enforcement agencies.” Brostoff continued, “It is time for someone who will put the safety of the public above politics or personal goals. I am confident that Chris will be able to bring integrity and effectiveness back to the Sheriff’s office.”
