MILWAUKEE, Wisc. –  NEWaukee, a brand engagement agency that helps organizations build new experiences for employees, candidates and customers, today announced that co-founder Jeremy Fojut, who served as the company’s Chief Idea Officer, has decided to step down from his role to shift his focus towards the next chapter of his professional journey.

In his tenure as co-founder, Fojut played a pivotal role in shaping NEWaukee’s approach to building engaging and impactful experiences for various stakeholders, consistently advocating for unique approaches and solutions to address complex challenges. His influence extended beyond the company’s purview to encompass broader initiatives such as statewide economic development, infrastructure development and non-profit and civic engagement.

Fojut’s departure signifies a transition that opens the door to fresh perspectives and possibilities within the organization in which co-founder Angela Damiani will remain as CEO.

Damiani and Fojut first collaborated to launch NEWaukee in 2009 with its initial focus on events. However, in the ensuing fourteen years, the organization has undergone a transformation, evolving into a full-service corporate brand and talent agency.

“The entire NEWaukee team wishes Jeremy all the best in his next chapter. I’m confident his passion, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit will continue to impact the region for years to come,” Damiani said. “As NEWaukee approaches its 15th anniversary in February, our team remains committed to helping our clients engage their audiences in new and innovative ways.”
