By - Nov 30th, 2022 11:43 am

As part of the I-43 URT (Union Refrigerator Transit Company) bridge project, WisDOT is notifying motorists of upcoming lane shifts along I-43 southbound in the city of Glendale.

Beginning Saturday December 3, traffic on I-43 southbound, from just south of Silver Spring Drive to Capitol Drive, will be shifted west onto the newly constructed southbound lanes. The current two lanes of traffic in each direction will be maintained. This work is weather dependent and subject to change.

Whether it’s in active work zones or routine daily commutes, motorists are reminded to drive safely, avoid distractions, and observe posted speed limits. For real-time traffic information, visit: https://511wi.gov/
