I-43 lane closure Monday in Glendale-area

Possible daytime back ups

By - Mar 23rd, 2017 04:27 pm

On Monday, March 27, a single lane of northbound I-43 in Northern Milwaukee County, will be closed due to a light pole operation. Crews will be removing the existing light pole for replacement late this summer.

The work Monday will require a right lane closure of I-43 northbound from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., from Bender Road to Green Tree Road. As this leaves only one lane open for northbound traffic, some congestion is anticipated. This work is being conducted during off-peak times to minimize traveler impact.

Please proceed through the work zone with caution. As always, use 511wi.gov for up-to-date information and travel times.
