Help find missing toddler Noelani Robinson
Statement of Alderman Cavalier Johnson March 14, 2019
I want to thank the Milwaukee Police Department for their work in apprehending homicide and kidnapping suspect Dariaz Higgins yesterday. Higgins was taken into custody at about 12:53 p.m. Wednesday (March 13) in the 5200 block of N. 103rd St. He is wanted for the homicide of Sierra Robinson that occurred on Monday, March 11 in the 2nd District near N. 91st St. and W. Mill Rd.
MPD also arrested a second individual with Mr. Higgins for harboring and aiding a fugitive.
Most importantly, I want the public to continue in the search to find two-year-old Noelani Robinson, who police say Higgins abducted on Monday. There is an active Amber Alert for Noelani and anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact local police or call 9-1-1 immediately.
Please help us find Noelani as soon as possible!
