About Estabrook Beer Garden
Estabrook Beer Garden marks a return to an era lost with the onset of Prohibition. It is recognized as the first true public beer garden in America in nearly a century. Inspired by Milwaukee’s brewing heritage and modeled after modern beer gardens in Munich, Germany, Estabrook Beer Garden brings people together to enjoy nature, good beer, and camaraderie. Located on the banks of the Milwaukee River, the beer garden sits atop a bluff overlooking a waterfall, and is accessible by foot, bicycle, car, kayak, and canoe.
Open daily at noon, from April through mid-November.
