MADISON – Governor Scott Walker ordered flags to half-staff on Friday, May 4, 2018, in honor of Rico Caruso, Klint Mitchell, and Gregory Rosenthal who lost their lives when the medical helicopter they were aboard crashed. The helicopter was returning from a successful patient transfer.

Governor Walker’s executive order is attached.
