Gov. Evers Takes Action on Seven Bills
MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers today took action on seven bills. The bills include:
Senate Bill 815, now 2021 Wisconsin Act 133:
- Ratifies the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between the state of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee for state of Wisconsin employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit for fiscal year 2020-21.
Senate Bill 816, now 2021 Wisconsin Act 134:
- Ratifies the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin (UW) System and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee for UW System employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit for fiscal year 2020-21, not including University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW-Madison) employees.
Senate Bill 817, now 2021 Wisconsin Act 135:
- Ratifies the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between UW-Madison and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee for UW-Madison employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit for fiscal year 2020-21.
Senate Bill 818, now 2021 Wisconsin Act 136:
- Ratifies the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between the state of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee for state of Wisconsin employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit for fiscal year 2021-22.
Senate Bill 819, now 2021 Wisconsin Act 137:
- Ratifies the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between the Board of Regents of the UW System and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee for UW System employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit for fiscal year 2021-22, not including UW-Madison employees.
Senate Bill 820, now 2021 Wisconsin Act 138:
- Ratifies the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between UW-Madison and the Wisconsin State Building Trades Negotiating Committee for UW-Madison employees in the building trades crafts collective bargaining unit for fiscal year 2021-22.
Senate Bill 871, now 2021 Wisconsin Act 139:
- Ratifies the collective bargaining agreement negotiated between the Division of Personnel Management within the Department of Administration and the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Association for State Patrol troopers and inspectors in the public safety employees bargaining unit for fiscal years 2019-20 and 2020-21.
