Good Feet Midwest Renews And Expands Space in the Atlas Building

Good Feet Midwest renewed and expanded into 4,330 SF at the Atlas Building located within the Tannery Business Complex at 600 W Virginia Street. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Landlord, R2 Companies.

E Block Holdings LLC purchased the 1,320 SF retail/medical office building at 7536 39th Avenue in Kenosha for $230,000. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Seller, the Rizzo Family Trust.

The Lifeway Church purchased the 21,000 SF former masonic building at 7515 W National Avenue in West Allis, WI for $700,000. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Seller, West Allis Lodge No. 291.

Erwin A. Julien & Joan M. Julien purchased the 21,390 SF industrial facility at W156N9251 Tipp Street in Menomonee Falls, WI for $950,000. Bob Flood and Brett Deter represented the Seller, Sun Chemical Corporation.
