Garden District to Celebrate Completion of Inclusive Garden Project Today
During a special ceremony today, Wednesday, December 3 at 3:45 p.m., Alderman Scott Spiker, the Garden District Neighborhood Association Board, project partners, and volunteers will celebrate the completion of the Garden District’s Inclusive Gardening Project. The celebration will take place at 6th and Norwich (one block south of Howard).
“I want to thank the many partners involved in this project for their commitment to increasing accessibility in our shared community spaces. In particular, I would like to commend Jessica Seawright. Without her effort, this project wouldn’t have become a vision, let alone a reality,” said Alderman Spiker. “I can’t wait to see this enhanced space in action next spring.”
