She has led the operations of multi-market integrated delivery health systems overseeing strategic operations including operational excellence across the care continuum, creating division-wide systems of care and aligning physicians to partner with clinical integration strategies. She started her career in health care as a fellow at Carolinas HealthCare System, now Atrium Health, over two decades ago.

Finley-Hazle has been recognized for her leadership and innovations in care by the White House Medical Unit, Legacy Magazine, Becker’s Hospital Review, Rotary International, the First Lady of the United States and various business journals.
