REV Group has renewed its 8,810 SF at 245 S Executive Drive in Brookfield.  Derek Yentz represented the Tenant.

MASHWO leased 3,759 SF at Riverfront Plaza located at 1110 N Old World Third Street in Milwaukee. Jenna Maguire and Jeanine Sweeney represented the Landlord, Andover Portland Associates.

GS Systems, Inc. renewed its 9,827 SF at 175 N Patrick Boulevard in Brookfield. Kate Hanson represented the Tenant.

Celestial Care, Inc. purchased the 3,150 SF office building at 11625 W Bluemound Rd in Wauwatosa from Noble Development LLC. Patti Stevens represented the Buyer.

Colletti Family Irrevocable Trust purchased the 19,200 SF industrial facility at 2601 Seiferth Road in Madison. Paul McBride represented the Seller, Grove Country Estates LLC.

The Pink Bakery, Inc. leased 2,680 SF at 944 N 46^th Street in Milwaukee. Brett Deter represented the Landlord, Tesemi LLC.

ADY Ventures LLC purchased the 20,321 SF BMO Harris Bank office property at 120 Park Avenue in Beaver Dam, WI for $1,600,000. Bob Flood and Andy Hess represented the Seller, BL-Branch Group One LLC.

MCDC Acquisitions LLC purchased the 4,255 SF office building at 105-115 W Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay for $1,455,000. Scott Revolinski and Patti Stevens represented the Seller, KKW Enterprises LLC.
