LCM Funds Real Estate LLC purchased the 32,900 SF light manufacturing flex property at 9333 N. 49^th Street in Brown Deer from Xylem Water Solutions, Inc. Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski represented the Buyer. Upon purchase of the building, Xylem Water Solutions leased back a portion of the facility back from LCM Funds and Clearwater Industries, Inc. leased the balance of the property.  Clearwater was also represented by Brett Deter and Scott Revolinski.

Borth Wilcon, Inc. leased 7,500 SF at 3455 N.124th Street in Brookfield. Paul McBride represented the Owner, Distinctive Ventures LLC.

Kash Bros Auto Group LLC leased 37,150 SF at 4033 W. Custer Avenue in Milwaukee. Brett Deter, Brian Flood, and Cole Wirth represented the Owner, New Prague Partners, LLC.

Everstream GLC Holding Co. LLC leased 2,400 SF of showroom space at W226 N887 Eastmound Drive in Waukesha. Jenna Maguire represented the Tenant.

Flora Fruit Company, LLC renewed its 1,200 SF at 7909-7933 N. 73^rd Street in Milwaukee. Cole Wirth represented the Tenant.

The Lowe Group LLC leased 1,599 SF at Two-Fifty located at 250 E. Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee. Jenna Maguire represented the Tenant, and  John Davis represented the Owner, Millbrook Properties.

Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC leased 3,132 SF at 250 E. Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Milwaukee. Ned Purtell represented the Tenant. John Davis & Jenna Maguire represented the Owner, Millbrook Properties.

Sientra, Inc. leased 11,861 SF at Franklin Corporate Center located at 9779 S. Franklin Drive in Franklin. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Owner, SARA Investment Real Estate.

Rosenberg Consulting Services, Inc. leased 2,240 SF at 925 Walnut Ridge Drive in Hartland. Jenna Maguire represented the Tenant.

Spaulding Medical leased 6,000 SF at Heritage Reserve located at N72W13272 Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls. Ned Purtell and Jeanine Sweeney represented the Owner, Weas Development.

Lunda Construction Company leased 1,300 SF at 4402-4406 S. 68^th Street in Greenfield. Cole Wirth represented the Owner, Blue Light Properties, LLC.

Keberle, Patrykus & Laufenberg, LLP leased 2,488 SF at 1707 Vogt Drive in West Bend. Bob Flood and John Davis represented the Owner, Kilian II, LLC.

Lauren Doss Beauty LLC d.b.a. Raven & Blonde leased 1,820 SF at 157 S. 1^st Street in Milwaukee’s historic Walker’s Point neighborhood. Jeanine Sweeney represented the Tenant.

Ross Koepsel and Matthew Beadle represented Family Dollar Tree in leasing 10,500 SF at 1848 Highway Blvd. N, Chetek, WI.

Jay Blom and Nick Tice represented GLC 2901 SOUTH CHICAGO, LLC in leasing 1,899 SF to Glamour Threading at Grant Park Plaza (2901 S. Chicago Ave.) in South Milwaukee.

Tom Bruss represented DMD Hartford, LLC in selling the property at 1285 E. Sumner St., Hartford.  Tom Treder represented the Buyer in this transaction.
