Community Oral & Maxillofacia Surgery LLC leased 3,841 SF at the Brix Lofts located at 408 W Florida Street in Walker’s Point. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Owner, Hovde Group.

Titan Transfer, Inc. renewed its 3,230 SF at Franklin Corporate Center located at 9809 S Franklin Drive in Franklin, WI. Jenna Maguire and Ned Purtell represented the Owner, SARA Investment Real Estate.

90 Degree Benefits, Inc., formerly Employee Benefits Network, has renewed its 4,900 SF at Northeast Corporate Center located at 7020 N Port Washington Road in Glendale. Patti Stevens and Scott Revolinski represented the Landlord, LCM Funds 22 NCC LLC.

ETS West Madison LLC leased 5,544 SF at 8845 S Greenview Drive in Middleton, WI. Paul McBride represented the Tenant.

Industrial Controls renewed its 16,169 SF at 1245 Canal Street in Milwaukee’s Menomonee Valley. Scott Revolinski represented the Owner, Canal Street Investments LLC.

Tom Bruss and Hakan Hare represented Marqui Pewaukee Plaza, LLC in purchasing the 11,000 SF building at 1256 Capitol Dr., Pewaukee.
