Doors Open Milwaukee celebrates its 10th anniversary
Statement of Common Council President Cavalier Johnson September 24, 2020
Doors Open Milwaukee has become a highly anticipated tradition every fall, and I’m elated to help ring in the 10th anniversary of Doors Open from the City Hall Bell Tower on Saturday.
This year residents have the opportunity to tour more than 70 buildings across the city virtually from September 26 – October 11. Programming will include photos, videos, 360-degree virtual reality tours and more. I hope everyone takes advantage of this opportunity to see something new and learn about the rich history of our city from the comfort of your home.
I also want to extend a sincere thank you to Historic Milwaukee for their efforts in organizing this event annually that showcases what our city has to offer. For more information, please visit https://historicmilwaukee.org/doors-open/.
