Deputies Arrest Man for OWI – 5th
While talking with the driver, deputies observed signs of impairment.
Milwaukee, WI – (June 24th, 2019) Today, at 9:47 a.m., deputies stopped to assist a disabled vehicle that had a flat tire on southbound I-94 at College Avenue. While talking with the driver, deputies observed signs of impairment.
The driver, Abdullah Hasan, age 46, of Milwaukee, tested poorly on the standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) – 5th offense, which is a Class H felony. Hasan also had an outstanding Greenfield Police Department warrant for Battery.
Hasan has four prior convictions for OWI: 1993, 1994, 1996, and 2002. He faces up to six years in prison if convicted of the OWI – 5th,
