Dawn David, Accomplished IP Litigator with Deep Experience Across Technologies, Joins Quarles as Partner in Milwaukee Office
The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that Dawn David, who brings extensive experience leading clients through high-stakes, complex intellectual property (IP) litigation, has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as a partner in its Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Ms. David advises clients across a wide spectrum of technologies, ranging from medical diagnostics and devices to aerospace components, AI processors and graphics processing architectures to telecommunications, and transportation (including autonomous vehicles) and outdoor equipment to content delivery and security.
A recipient of B.S. and M.S. engineering degrees from the University of South Florida and a J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Ms. David has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” (Intellectual Property) in 2024 and 2025, as well as Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” (Litigation – Intellectual Property) in 2022 and 2023.
