Compass Expands Into Lake Country With No. 1 Agent

MILWAUKEE, WIS., OCT 28, 2021 — Compass, Inc. (NYSE: COMP), a leading real estate technology company, today announced its expansion to Wisconsin’s Lake Country with the area’s No. 1 agent, JJ Hausmann. Hausmann is the No.1 producing agent in Waukesha County and No. 2 in the whole Wisconsin MLS. In addition, he has been the top-selling lake home agent in Wisconsin since 2008.

In addition to principal agents Karine Sewart and Charlie Hutchinson, Compass was able to ink deals with top producer Shar Borg and Collin Yellich. Since then, the company has seen rapid expansion, growing to 44 agents, eight unlicensed team members, and 14 staff, including Head of Operations Chanté Blough, Managing Director Kel Svoboda, and Managing Broker Bernie Weiss-Rhodes.
