As a part of the Community Briefing Series, the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) is releasing relevant information regarding the death of a person while in police custody that occurred on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at Milwaukee Police Department District Two located at 245 W. Lincoln Avenue.

The Community Briefing video series was created by MPD to promote transparency and accountability with the public and to provide relevant information about critical incidents. MPDs goal is to continue to release relevant video regarding critical incidents within a reasonable amount of time after the incident unless releasing such video would jeopardize the integrity of the investigation.
