City of Watertown OID Records – October 18, 2023

Recently, Jefferson County District Attorney Monica Hall issued her decision regarding the death of Justin Whitten, which occurred on October 18, 2023 in the City of Watertown, Wis. The district attorney determined there will be no criminal charges for involved law enforcement.
