Chill on the Hill Season Extended to September 15, 2026
The Bay View Neighborhood Association announces an extension to the 21st season of Chill on the Hill, the award winning summer concert series in Humboldt Park. Please see attached video clip.
The extension will include the inaugural “Chillith Fair” program that was originally scheduled for July 14th, but was cancelled due to dangerous heat. This program features women-fronted bands featuring Allison Mahal, Full Nude, and SSAANN, along with a women’s makers market and other women’s focused events. The new date for this program is Tuesday, September 8th.
The Milwaukee American Legion Band will present their America 250 program that was originally scheduled for June 30th but was also cancelled due to extreme heat. Their new date will kick off their 2026 season on Tuesday, September 15th.
“Our normal plan is to reschedule shows that have been cancelled to the following season, but these programs were too special and timely to wait another year,” said Patty Thompson, Executive Producer of Chill on the Hill. “Our neighbors made it very loud and clear that they wanted these 2 events to have their night on stage, but we will need additional volunteers and additional donations in order to produce the shows. Fans can sign up to volunteer and donate at www.bayviewneighborhood.org.”
Chill on the Hill continues this week with Stallis Cowboys and Torcado. Food and beverages start at 5pm, with music beginning at 6:30pm.
