Cheers for Wishes: Annual Mardi Gras Fundraiser to Support Make-A-Wish Returns to Marcus Performing Arts Center on February 28
Community members and emerging leaders of Milwaukee will gather for an evening of Mardi Gras fun and fundraising, benefiting Make-A-Wish® Wisconsin.
Milwaukee, WI — (January 30, 2025) — On Friday, February 28, the Marcus Performing Arts Center will come alive with Mardi Gras-themed festivities as hundreds of community members gather for the annual Cheers for Wishes event, benefiting Make-A-Wish® Wisconsin. Hosted by the emerging leaders group Wishmakers of Wisconsin, the event will bring together Milwaukee’s vibrant community for a night of fun and fundraising in support of granting life-changing wishes for local children with critical illnesses.
The Mardi Gras themed event will run from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and feature live Dixieland music from Extra Crispy Brass Band, silent auction, live artists, New Orleans appetizer stations, King Cake, casino tables, beads and masquerade masks, interactive entertainment and more! All proceeds will benefit Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.
