Brewers Announce Expansion of Trading Card Prints Program
Brewers to Produce Second Run of Trading Card Prints and Distribute to 30 Law Enforcement Partners Throughout the State
MILWAUKEE – Due to overwhelming positive feedback, the Milwaukee Brewers today have announced a second run of the highly sought after trading card prints, distributed by local law enforcement. The initiative, brought back to life last season, aims to help officers connect with youth through a mutual love of baseball.
The second run will be a reprint of the original comic book-inspired cards featuring outfielders Christian Yelich, Jackson Chourio and Sal Frelick; catcher William Contreras and infielders Brice Turang and Joey Ortiz (the only difference being that the cards will come in a plastic wrap rather than the original wax wrap).
The following law enforcement agencies will receive 1,000 Brewers trading card packs to distribute to youth in their communities beginning in June.
