Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Focus on Making the Holidays Special for Milwaukee’s Youth
2021 Holiday Toy Drive kicks off with the goal of providing kids with a happy and joyful holiday season
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – (November 18, 2021) – Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee works to ensure the youth we serve always have what they need, including exceptional programming, safe spaces, warm meals, and mentorship. We also want to ensure their holiday season is warm and bright, so the Clubs are collecting toys to provide each Club member with a gift to unwrap this holiday.
With the goal of collecting meaningful toys and creating a joyful experience for all age groups, there are many ways individuals, families, groups, and companies can get involved and help make the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee’s 2021 Holiday Gift Drive a success:
- Shop BGCGM’s Amazon Wish List to donate at: bgcgm.club/HolidayGiftDriveWishList2021
- Donate wrapping supplies including gift bags and tissue paper.
- Host a mini gift drive within your own family, community or business using our Wish List as a guide.
- Write holiday cards with joyful messages to our youth to be included with their gifts.
- Make a monetary donation at bgcmilwaukee.org/donate
- Become a sponsor of the event. Kohl’s is the presenting sponsor of the event. Meijer and Guy and Louise Osborn are lead sponsors of the Holiday Gift Drive.

“We will do whatever it takes to make Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee’s 2021 Holiday Gift Drive a success for our Club kids. Imagine the impact you’ll have when you ensure a child has something special to open this holiday season! Or imagine the joy you will bring to our youth and hard-working staff with your holiday cards and messages,” said BGCGM President and CEO, Kathy Thornton-Bias.
Individuals, families, or groups can email Mia Krantz at Mia.Krantz@bgcmilwaukee.org to share how they would like to support Club kids this holiday season. Mia will provide the necessary information and support to ensure these efforts are successful.
