BBB Serving Wisconsin Elects New Board Member

Milwaukee, Wis. – The Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin (BBB) welcomes new Board Member Melanie Maddux of ManpowerGroup, Inc. to its Board of Directors. “I am very pleased to welcome and work with Melanie, a strong business leader who graciously will volunteer her time to assist in the mission of supporting ethical business practices throughout Wisconsin,” said Jim Temmer, Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin CEO and President.

The Board supports the work of the Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin and provides mission-based leadership and strategic governance.

Melanie Maddux serves as Manpower Regional Vice President at ManpowerGroup, Inc. based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to joining Manpower in early 2019, Melanie’s journey has included roles at Johnson Controls, General Motors, McKinsey & Company, and General Mills.

Throughout her diverse career, Melanie has built and led teams in multiple functions and industries. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. She serves on the boards of Interchange Food Pantry and the Harvard Business School Club of Wisconsin. After living and working on four continents, Melanie and her family now call Milwaukee home.
