Bars & Recreation’s Slingshot Bar Announces June Happenings Including Dads Sling Free on Father’s Day
MILWAUKEE, WI — June 9, 2026. Bars & Recreation, has announced three special events happening at Slingshot Bar (6325 W. National Avenue West Allis, WI) this month.
First, beginning TOMORROW, Wednesday, June 10th, Slingshot Bar will host Service Industry Night (S.I.N.) dedicated to anyone in hospitality including, but not limited to cooks, bartenders, servers. hotel front desk receptionists, tour guides, valets, event planners, etc. From 7:30-11pm members of the service industry will enjoy:

- Just $15 to Sling or (2) people for $25
- $5 off pizzas
- 20% off pretzel bites
- $6 doubles/$4 singles/$3 Hamm’s, PBR and Yuengling
Second, also every Wednesday June 17th-August 26th, Bars & Rec is giving families and kids an easy way to stay active and have fun with “School’s Out Sling & Slice”.
For just $19.95 per person, from Noon-5pm, Sling & Slice includes:
- 60 minutes of slingshot fun on the Jungle Junkyard Range
- One hot slice of pizza (choice of cheese, pepperoni, or sausage)
- An ice-cold soda or lemonade with free refills

Lastly, on Sunday, June 21st, we celebrate dads with FREE Slinging on Father’s Day, Noon-7pm.
