(JANUARY, 2019 – MILWAUKEE) – Transwestern today announces the following transaction in the Milwaukee area.
SALE
- Anzomade LLC purchased the 1897 mansion located at 1037 North Astor Street in Milwaukee, WI. The 4,860-square-foot office building has had only three owners during its lifetime, starting with James Ilsley, the son of the founder of Marshall & Ilsley Bank, who originally commissioned the building. Transwestern Executive Vice President John Dulmes and Executive Vice President Daniel Walsh represented the Buyer in the transaction.
