Ald. Peter Burgelis to Host In-District Office Hours for Residents
Alderman Peter Burgelis is inviting residents of the 11th District to attend one of his upcoming in-district office hours opportunities. These events will be co-hosted with various city departments as a way to meet neighbors in the district and offer a chance to discuss timely topics important to the community.
The first in-district office hours will take place on Monday, February 2 from 9 – 10:30 a.m. at Rescued Roasters, 4435 W. Forest Home Ave. Additional information can be found here. The second opportunity to connect with the Alderman and city staff will be Thursday, February 5 from 2 – 3:30 p.m. at Slow Buffalo, 3872 S. 92nd St. More information can be found for this event here. Representatives from both the Department of Public Works and Milwaukee Police Department District 6 will be present at both events.
“As we continue into the New Year, I want to take time to connect one-on-one with residents in the district so they can ask questions, raise concerns, or voice other issues directly with me or city staff,” said Alderman Burgelis. “No topic is off limits, and these discussions will be one way in which we gather resident priorities to help guide my decision making moving forward. I hope to see plenty of familiar and new faces there.”
