AGC-GM Past President, Tim Jones, Appointed to Building Trades United Pension Trust Fund
Jones’ track record of dedication and leadership to the Commercial Construction Industry will serve him well in his new capacity.
The Associated General Contractors of Greater Milwaukee (AGC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Jones, Vice President of Operations with Mortenson Construction, and current AGC Board Member, as the newest Trustee to the Building Trades United Pension Fund. Jones’ track record of dedication and leadership to the Commercial Construction Industry will serve him well in his new capacity as Trustee on a multibillion-dollar pension fund.
“Tim is quickly becoming one of the leaders in our local industry, whose insight and tireless service has proven invaluable,” stated Chief Executive Officer, Mike Fabishak. “In addition to his great leadership within our organization, he has also shown to be a tough but fair negotiator as a member of our collective bargaining team. I cannot think of anyone better suited to sit as Trustee on one of the Nation’s largest pension funds,” added Mr. Fabishak.
Tim began his career with Mortenson in 1994 and has built a reputation for developing trusting relationships with our customers and partners and providing strong mentorship to his team. As Vice President of Operations, Tim is responsible for the Wisconsin operation’s staffing, training, and career development. Born and raised in Madison, Tim now lives with his wife and two daughters in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
