5th Annual Milwaukee Legends Beer Dinner

(Milwaukee, WI 8/14/2018) – On Friday September 7th at 6:00 PM, the Five O’Clock Steakhouse at 2416 W. State St. in Milwaukee will host their 5th Annual Milwaukee Legends Beer Dinner on behalf of Charge Against Cancer Canine Cancer Research, and the Wisconsin Humane Society.

This $75 per plate event is a 4-course all-inclusive dinner with each course including a beer pairing from Lakefront, Sprecher and Raised Grain Breweries. Jim Klisch from Lakefront Brewery, Don Wambach from Sprecher Brewery, and Steve Cuff from Raised Grain Brewing Company will be on hand to give a detailed description of each beer as it is paired with each course. Seating is limited, and this event sells out quickly. There will also be a silent auction.

“The Milwaukee Legends Beer Dinner is one of our favorite events,” noted Stelio Kalkounos, managing partner of The Five O’Clock Steakhouse, continuing, “Pets mean the world to us, and this event benefiting canine cancer research and the Humane Society is near and dear to me personally. We want to support these non-profit organizations in any way that we can.”

Five O’Clock Steakhouse is a true destination dining experience that embodies the traditional Midwest supper club celebrating their 71st year on State St.

The Charge Against Cancer research fund helps the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. The oncology service is world-renowned for making clinical advances in the medical treatments of cats and dogs with cancer.

The Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) is a private nonprofit organization whose mission is to build a community where people value animals and treat them with respect and kindness.
