MILWAUKEE, February 8, 2024 – The Barry Company, a leading southeast Wisconsin commercial real estate company headquartered in today downtown Milwaukee announced that Game Box, LLC has sold its 20,540 square foot building on a 0.944-acre lot, located at 11600 W. Dixon Street to MIKA Brands, LLC on January 31, 2024.
David Buckley of the Barry Company represented Game Box, LLC in this transaction. David Buckley stated, “This industrial building was not on the market very long due to two factors”. Buckley continued to state that, “One factor is the short supply of industrial buildings currently available on the market. The second is due to the prime location of the building, in the hub of the “Wheels of Industry” by the Zoo interchange”. Buckley received multiple offers before closing with MIKA Brands, LLC. This transaction underscores the ongoing strength of the industrial market as we enter 2024.
