There's a fascinating science behind the bottle of your favorite beer. In this two-session series, we will explore the natural process of fermentation and brew a batch of ale together. The price includes four bottles of finished beer. For adults age 21 and over. The United States Navy Concert Band
The United States Navy Concert Band, the premier wind ensemble of the U.S Navy, presents a wide array of marches, patriotic selections, orchestral transcriptions and modern wind ensemble repertoire. As the original ensemble of the Navy Band, the Concert Band has been performing public concerts and participating in high-profile events for over 85 years. Recognized as one of the finest wind ensembles in the world, the Concert Band is in constant demand by the nation’s foremost musical education organizations, such as the American Bandmasters Association and The Midwest Clinic. This event is free and open to the public!

Zémire et Azor (Beauty and the Beast)
Based on the story of Beauty and the Beast, this Baroque opera showcases the well-known fairy tale in a new light, while remaining true to its message of the redemptive power of love and the true nature of inner beauty. By French composer André Grétry, text by Jean François Marmontel, based on “La Belle et la Bête” (Beauty and the Beast) by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont and “Amour pour Amour” by P.C. Nivelle de La Chaussée.
