Headquarters of Rockwell Automation. Originally built as the factory and offices for Allen-Bradley. The complex is the largest building in Milwaukee. It was previously the largest building in Wisconsin before being supplanted by a warehouse. The clock tower atop the building, which contains a bar and lounge, was previously the largest four-sided clock in the world. A smaller tower displays the temperature. The building spans S. 2nd Street.

Home of Cheesehead manufacturer Foamation since 2016. Was previously used as a production brewery by Horny Goat Brewing Company. According to the Wisconsin Historical Society, the building was built in 1915 and for A.P. Green Refractories of Wisconsin, Inc.
