Created in former Johnston Health Clinic facility, with new construction added to north side of site. 91-unit complex.
Teddy Roosevelt was cared for at the health clinic following being shot in Downtown Milwaukee in 2012.
Forty-one units house individuals who are chronically homeless. Fifty units house people with very-low incomes who are at a high-risk for homelessness.
