Office building formerly occupied by UMB Fund Services. UMB relocated to Schlitz Park in 2014.
The building was owned by Towne Realty Inc. until the firm sold it to Marquette University in 2014 as part of the university’s plan to build a research facility in Westown. It was then sold in 2022 as part of the Iron District development.
