Former Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church.

The property was purchased for $130,000 in February 2020 by Anderson Holdings Unlimited, affiliated with Gathan Anderson and Jennifer Pease.

It was proposed to be redeveloped into the “Build Center” in 2020, with civil rights activist Frank Sensabaugh Nitty as the director of the resulting community center and housing development. He held at least one public event outside the buildings during the 2020 racial justice protest marches. But Nitty left the project in August 2020, citing concerns with Anderson’s group.
